Worst customer service in history. I am calling from Connecticut as a new customer recommended by someone who went to Everton. I called trying to get an estimate over the phone before taking a 2 hour drive. The owner started off saying he can’t give a price over the phone he has to see the car, when I explained that I live in CT he then started asking what equipment I wanted to install. Right after telling him he started yelling and cussing with attitude saying he can’t give me a price and was very rude saying check elsewhere before hanging up. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get work done here. When trying to support a local business goes sideways. Customer service is definitely trash!

Anyone that says price fair and done quickly, is either being paid or is from this place trying to help bring in customers. Luckily 1 star is lowest I can give. My brother went here to install is audio, mind you, he came with his own amp, bass speaker and sub, door speakers and tweeters for his 2023 CRV. These installers, took a cutting saw to his 2 yr old vehicle and cut out what they couldn’t bend out from the 6.5 door speaker area. They could have used brackets for the door speakers but didn’t. They didn’t use the small 1 inch tweeters that fit the a-pillars, instead they sold him a BS pair of Spider tweeters with lower rms rating and clarity, and placed it on the top of windshield facing down. One speaker of the 4 door speakers wasn’t even screwed into anything. (Photo) They don’t expect customers to have the knowledge to go in and see their work, otherwise it can be done themselves. In my opinion I would advise anyone to go elsewhere! This is just 1 experience with a questionable, how many others unknowingly get this type of work from them.

Definitely received an outstanding job done from them. Furthermore, it was quick. The price is reasonable. I would recommend anybody who needs things done to their vehicle to check him out.
